@OfficialSBICare Does it mean the second account holder can have their own credentials to login to the savings account. I understood from the branch that for joint account holders there will be only one login credential for the SB account.

@bsseelan Kindly note that more than one PPF account can not be linked to a CIF. However, if a second joint account holder uses their credentials to login to the internet banking portal he/she can view and transact to the PPF account.

@OfficialSBICare It's joint savings account with my spouse and my PPF account is already linked. The transfer request is for my spouse's PPF account and the branch informed two PPF accounts cannot be linked to one SB account.

If you're using our Internet Banking services, you can transfer the account online by logging into Online SBI portal - onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in and navigating to e-services >> Transfer of Account. This account transfer facility is also available on our YONO app under Service Request >> View More >> Account >> Change Home Branch. Please follow the onscreen instructions to transfer the account to another branch. Alternatively, you may submit your request for account transfer at your home branch or at the branch where you want to transfer your account.

Hi, despite several form submissions and multiple reminders my refund is not processed. I submitted the first time on 2nd March and after that multiple time submissions as there has been no response or action from Etihad. This is disappointing.
