The Ather Care Max doesn’t really mean Express, it’s just to attract customers with false promises. I was told the service will be done in just few hours, but it is all false. @atherenergy @tarunsmehta It is Saturday and due to weekend is an excuse. How many have Care Max today?

I’m not happy with my Ather Halo. 7000₹ feels not only expensive but useless spend on this. I got it last year. After months delay and no response from service. Once received, For a while it refused to charge. Even after plugging to charge for hours it doesn’t charge. product quality isn’t really worth the price. Flimsy plastics that can be broken with a finger. Poor cushioning, speaker section is just stuck onto cushions which comes off very easily. It doesn’t feel like water proof too, with cables visible. Now, since last 3-4 months, it charges but Bluetooth doesn’t work now. Raising ticket on app isn’t helping either. No response from team. I’m very much disappointed with this.
