@bswhealth_ATX Hello - I am scheduled to have a procedure done tomorrow. I have not heard from the BSW hospital in Lakeway for the exact time. I spoke with the nurse, who says this is normal. Really?? People have to arrange transport etc. This is not "scheduling your way" !
