Update: due to a wildfire, not a structure fire as previously reported, Route 60 from Beaumont Place in Holyrood to the bridge at the entrance of Holyrood (CBS side) is closed. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.

Holyrood RCMP is asking the public to avoid the area of Conception Bay Highway Route 60 near the Green Acres subdivision due to a structure fire.
