@ShriramKMurthi I first leaned GUI programming on my own using books. And always thought it was pronounced as 'gee-u-i'. It was many years later that I talked to a person who called it gooey. Same for 'char'. 😂
At a DC @Walgreens today, the pharmacist wouldn’t call my regular Walgreens back in Puerto Rico to clear a system issue because “that’s an international phone call”. I politely assured him that’s it’s part of the US, and he literally said, “no, it’s not. It’s international.”
