Course Preview Soudal Open 🇧🇪 Course is in good shape and as always requires precise teeth shots (lots of irons and woods) and then many mid irons into greens! It rained during the prep days but weather forecast looks really nice and warm for the tournament days I am expecting it to get firmer and firmer throughout the tournament. Key to success: Keep it on fairways Good mid irons Get hot from 7-21 feet 🪣 I have played well here in the past and I am looking forward to hopefully build some great momentum for the next few weeks🙏🏻 step by step 👊🏻 Thanks for all the support 💪🏻

Zopiclone saved my life and took me from extremely severe to moderate (and able to work on @wecrunchme, @visible_health etc.) It works on GABA_A receptors in the brain, increasing GABAergic inhibition relative to glutamatergic excitation ⚖️ So I think I am also in this subgroup! #MECFS

Update Turkish Airlines Open 🇹🇷 Completely forgot to do a course preview this week - I guess I had too many weeks off haha The course is a great test this week - not super long but you have to be accurate off the tee in order to access pins. The greens are really firm and lots of different slopes so if you aren’t on the fairway you have no chance to get it close - all you can do is try to hit it to front half of green and hope it stays on. Overall, I think this event is always a Top10 event of the year: - the hotel is great and close to course - the food is amazing - golf course is in good shape - people super friendly - good weather - beach access from hotel - all inclusive so unlimited food - just 30min from airport For me personally the result wasn’t great but I saw lots of good signs. I have had 8 weeks off and in practice and prep the game felt really solid just couldn’t transfer it to the tournament days yet. I’m excited to play 6 events in a row now to get into a good rhythm. I’m confident that the good practice will eventually lead to some good scores in tournaments as well. Up next: Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship 🇪🇸 @DPWorldTour

@btctrader146 Rough not nearly as penal as we typically see on Southeastern Bermuda (East Lake, Southwind, Sedgefield). I’d expect a rough penalty comparable to Wai’alae. Obviously a lot longer than most Tour stops, so you’ll get your pound of flesh. Just not U.S. Open-esque conditions

Update: Just caught up to Jake Knapp’s pro-am group at 16 tee. Jake and his caddie walking without a bag today. Left hand bandaged up. Still going over sight-lines on each hole and talking yardages, but obviously no swings on-course.

@mr_mich_e Thanks, appreciate the effort. But I have more data that you have access to, and I have $250+ of AI subscriptions as well! So don't worry, processing these through Ai isn't a problem. I've been eating and sleeping these lab numbers for years, so it's all good :) Thx though.

I was one of the original 117 patients I think with @amaticahealth - I got my first batch of results last night, so I want to share these with the #longcovid community. I actually have my FASTQ (raw RNA data file) I've been processing myself, so I'll do a big blog entry on that soon. But I'll share what my own data shows. A lot of the Amatica data graphs look like this - you can see where healthy controls line up in the center between those two green areas, which I think they said are the inner quartile ranges. Anything outside of those means your genes/pathway are dys-regulated compared to their healthy controls. This one graph shows a huge deviation in my blood around inflammatory cytokines. This matches my own blood tests where my IL6 has been as high as 250 and my IL1-beta broke the test at 1,000.

I seem to be slowly coming out of the crash. 1 mg Abilify. No idea whether that’s what’s helping, or the 2 mg guanfacine, which I started taking again the day before yesterday. #MECFS
