@runliftrunlift For me this is the SMT system by @coachjayjohnson. It’s worked great for two marathons and the principles translate well to general base training as well.

@jonnynezbo @JasonSosnovsky What if a 3rd party does the initial home inspection/inventory at no cost to the user? Financed by a Home Depot, Amazon, etc., in exchange for the data so they know what you need and when you need it.

I’d pay $5-$10 per year for an app in which I could record all materials, equipment, filters, lightbulbs, etc. in my house. The app should also alert me when it’s time to change these things, link me to purchase, and be integrated with TaskRabbit so I can get help if I need it.
