@colin_dunlap In 2025, over 1400 ICE agents were put into duty after 47 days of training. Previous ICE training was 22 weeks. Maybe not “untrained” but certainly not trained to previous standards. How many of those 47 hours do you think were spent drilling luggage screening?

I know three ICE Agents. Two were policemen for over a decade. One was a policeman for 4 years after being an MP. This "untrained" stuff isn't necessarily true.

@colin_dunlap So you don’t care that their job (in this case) is to keep flights safe and they likely have very little training in what to look for and how to properly screen? If their actions in the field have showed us anything is that they lack proper training to perform their actual duty

I received an automatic "Out of Office" reply from a third-year associate. It said she was "unavailable" for the weekend due to a family reunion. I was confused. I thought she worked for me, not the post office. I called her personal cell immediately. She didn't answer. So I called her parents' landline. I found the number in her background check file. Her mother answered. I told her it was an emergency regarding her daughter's future. The associate called me back three minutes later, breathless. She asked if she was fired. I said no, just missing in action. She spent the reunion refreshing her inbox every 30 seconds. Availability isn't a setting in Outlook. It's a lifestyle choice.
