She won. FSSAI ordered the ban on the use of “ORS” in product names except for WHO-approved formulations - which meant that these companies fake mislabelled products could not be sold. But then, she lost. In a new twist of events, the Delhi High Court and FSSAI has now ordered that fake ORS products, especially the worst and the most stocked one - ORSL Drink by JNTL Consumer Health (the name for the Indian consumer health subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, which is now known as Kenvue) can continue to be sold temporarily under the High Court’s interim protection. The Court and FSSAI has essentially allowed the sale of fake mislabelled products worth 180 crore Indian Rupees to protect the interest of the greedy corporations without any concern for the children's health. As a citizen of this country, you can help the good doctor and her great deed by BOYCOTTING THESE SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS - LET THESE PRODUCTS ROT ON THE SHELVES. The public is the most powerful entity of a Nation. Let us be one and take care of ourselves and our children. Do not buy these SUGARY products with zero health benefits and do not follow WHO Standards- and spread the word please! Share maximum! Dear Indians, your life has ZERO value. FSSAI banned ORSL because it contains high sugar and does not comply with the WHO formula, as it is dangerous for health. Then the ORSL company said, “Please, sir, we have ₹180 crore worth of stock. Please let us sell it.” The court said, Okay, sell it. So, this ₹180 crore stock of a big billionaire company has more value than the health of 140 crore Indians.

The tender state level committee consisted of central FCI and state govt food department officials. Christy friedgram donates crores of money to BJP on one side and on the other side we learn that the central Govt's IAS officer of FCI who was part of the tender approval committee was asked to go on leave so that the tender could be awarded to Christy Kumarasamy linked firms at 107% more than the scheduled market rate using a junior officer. Who in the BJP Govt exerted that pressure? The tender committee gives its approval in the first month of forming the new Govt in 2024. We warned the state Govt in October 2023 that Gopal IAS seems to have been brought in as food secretary to award the paddy transport tender at much higher than market rate to Christy related firms. Neither CM nor DVAC acted. The state senior officials including Gopal IAS also gave their approval to the huge scam in June 2024. Finally tenders awarded in all districts to Christy kumarasamy linked firms at 107% more than market rate resulting in a huge Corruption of 992 crores. Are all the street fights between the BJP and DMK Govt a drama to score politically and on the other side form Corruption coalition inside to cheat and swindle the people ??
