Why do I not see any recent posts about this issue relating to school girls being given personal safety alarms. Surely this is literally - outrageous. Girls, are being given alarms, to deal with the behaviour of illegal immigrant single adult males, housed in a hotel 15 minutes from their school. Every. NHS England commissioned a clinical reviewer, who found that the clinical care Farrant received at HMP IW was only partially equivalent to what he could have expected in the community. Three recommendations were made for improvement, although these were not directly linked to his cause of death. I'm in Dumfries today, where this report is from and it is absolutely filled with young men who don't belong here. What was once a lovely quiet town has been tranformed into a holiday town for people who don't work, don't contribute anything to the local culture and again, do not belong here. If your child has to carry a rape alarm with them in any town, let alone Dumfries, it is a sad indictment of what he have in government.
