I am an athletic almost 43 year old dad of 3 that hasn't played competitive basketball since high school. I was an all-conference point guard in high school 25 years ago. I'm WAY past my prime. I would guarantee if I trained nothing but basketball for 6 months I would dominate the WNBA. Average 20-10 a game at least! If I trained 6 months I couldn't make a division 3 college men's team roster. It's two completely different games.
