Okay #SMEC friends: If you or your customers are having trouble with AI or Copilot adoption in your biz, try this thing that has worked for a bunch of our orgs: 1. This has to be a C-Suite AND grassroots activity 2. Someone in the C-Suite MUST schedule a weekly demo day where THEY go first and show their AI use cases, prompts and such. This is how you find your data and RAI issues and fix them in real time! 3. This keeps people from feeling afraid they will be seen as being replaceable or lazy if they use AI AND it will give them new ideas for their own AI usage If you need help with this, please holler! I’ve dealt with almost every company in the F500 on this topic and most gov orgs too. We’re all in this together! 💝

@AlistairPugin @magrom More like they assign the licenses, the oversharing panic starts, licenses are revoked, then they set up committees, policies and governance... Finally fewer licences are reissued and then a slow adoption starts.

@troyhunt @JointheClaim @marksandspencer Nothing. They might issue some Sparks vouchers or provide access to a credit/identity subscription eg Experian like BA had to do a while back when it's online booking was compromised.

@KFC_UKI @ubereats_uk @UberUKI_Support Their driver wants a 5 star rating. So everyone loses. Just that KFC keep my money and Uber keep the delivery charge. Something broke down. Either Uber failed to collect earlier and let the food go cold or KFC failed. No one loses apart from the customer.
