Imagine being on the sidelines of this growth. Billions of people don’t have to imagine - they have no access to invest in American companies. I own a small 24/7 Gym in the north of England ...this is how much it roughly costs to run. Rent: £2500pm Electric: £200pm Gas: £100pm (average) Water:£30pm Insurance: £70pm Website/sign-up forms: £30pm PT booking system: £40pm Internet: £50pm This is before things like new equipment, equipment servicing, toilet rolls, cleaning supplies ect It's well over £3000 per month before iv started taking a wage and paid tax ect. This is obviously very modest compared to some businesses but it is all relative of course. Sometimes I do wish I embraced the 9-5 life 😂.
