This I belief is the reason even as women we struggle with unconscious bias. The question is how do we as women raise awareness and break these barriers? Check out these little steps that you can implement; 1. ALWAYS SPEAK UP AND BE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT—

UNCONSCIOUS BIAS is what we contend with in Nigeria. I say this because even as women we make these mistakes as a result of the culture which fixates us . until we intentionally become self-aware and work on it we won’t make any progress.
