This is Brian Fojtik. He was walking near the @dairyblock at 18th and Wazee last night around 6:30 when a driver hit him and took off. His nephew told us he broke two vertebrae - they had to put plates and pins to fix that. His nephew says the crash also shattered his shoulder.
