@British_Airways The way my disabled 76 year old mother was treated by your staff at Cancun airport on 14/04 was absolutely disgraceful and I will be taking it further. It is unacceptable and to have a member of staff laugh at her is even worse. BA you are a disgrace.

@British_Airways The uk CAA have not definitively stated that it is ok like the USA. BA should state that it is rather than tell passengers to interpret whether it is or isn’t from their website.  There is nothing stating categorically that the CAA has agreed.

@British_Airways There is a lot of conflicting info about this and if this is the case then it needs to be added in writing on your website. Apparently they are banned on flights in UK
