@dizzyisdumb instead of micro-sleeping. I kinda break it down to the thought that if I am unconscious more often, it's less likely I will be conciously thinking about the bad stuff. Even if being unconcious and the dreams that come with it may be horrible? They will never be worse than IRL.

@dizzyisdumb don't apologize!!! I relate heavy. Mine has manifested as dreams that are nightmares of what ELSE could have happened. I kinda got desensitized/numbed myself to the actual memories that caused these dreams. I found myself on the opposite those, I would rather sleep longer instea-

This is my new Desert Huntsman Spider! She is not full grown yet, but she is one of the largest spiders in the desert region of the Middle East with a leg span of about 5 inches. They use their face and mouth to dig deep burrows in the sand and line them with silk, leaving a trap door at the top. These burrows can get up to 3 feet deep! They are incredibly fast, moving at 3 meters per second, with amazing nocturnal vision!

@lanabeesfw i've genuinely never seen such a large regal jumping spider. How do they get to this size? The one's I have seen are like the size of a fingernail, esp in the wild.
