sometimes still strange to me to have a partner so so understanding of my mental and physical disabilities to the point he actively WANTS to take care of me and not just put up with it i🥺🥺🥺i love him so much ive never felt safer with someone i can’t wait to move in together

@dizzyisdumb instead of micro-sleeping. I kinda break it down to the thought that if I am unconscious more often, it's less likely I will be conciously thinking about the bad stuff. Even if being unconcious and the dreams that come with it may be horrible? They will never be worse than IRL.

@buppy_bat oh yea i definitely get that like actually feeling something for once lol, i just haven’t even been able to nap for even like 20mins lately without seeing my abusers face and it’s driving me kinda insane so i don’t really sleep more than 2hrs a day anymore haha
