The fact is he can still use wide scale attacks without hands, he later used a weaker version of this in Yuta’s domain but it required hands — it was also shown to cut the background. We do know how large those dismantles are, they tower over 7+ Sukuna lmao No handsigns were shown, using your logic we don’t know if yuji used hand signs either as they could have fired within his coat pockets

@burialhaven @Angglio Not only is that not an *omnidirectional attack*, we don't have a reference for how large those dismantles are beyond Kashimo's body. Also we just don't know if hand signs were used or not. No one can say definitely they weren't, or that they were.
