I’m appalled and frozen. I attended the Stephen Sewell play Partying With Manson and left hypothermic because the air conditioning was arctic. It dishonours the excellent creatives involved when you have to sit watching a play with your coat over your head. And I’m still cold.

I’m appalled. Im a devoted Woolworths customer and I salute its Oz Day stance but I used Woolworths Online for the first time because you can book a time for deliveries. So, having arranged my whole day around this, they changed the time without consultation and were then late.
