Climate change is going to make the issue worse. It is important to build resilience and go towards sustainable solutions.

Currently, 1 out of 8 household cannot afford insurance. It represents 12% of the households, it it an increase from last year (10% of the households) according to Sharanjit.

It was also explained that for each dollars a person invest in insurance, it is a return of around 9 dollars.
