@NAB trying to contact three of the people I spoke with regarding my credit card application - all going to voice mail and all very poor quality voice mails detaining their working hours (9-5). Im calling at 12pm. What is the best way to contact them -this is very annoying!!

@NAB You need to sort your processes out! If you’re able to block an account over the weekend, you should have people on call for weekends specifically to be able to unblock the accounts. I now have no money to get to work meaning you’ve stripped me of a big days pay. Reimbursed?

@NAB what have you done with the App. The quick balances no longer work even though I have it configured and haven’t changed anything in years !

@NAB I was sending money by PayID then my internet banking was suddenly blocked and received the message: “We have detected a potential issue and blocked your Internet Banking. Please call NAB on 1300 651 656.” I relocated to the USA, should I call the 1300 number, or +61 3 8641 9083?

@NAB Have you ever tried to call a banker on 132265? NAB have made it impossible to talk to a banker. A “recorded voice” tells you to go to “app”
You can never ever get thru and talk to a person! On the app, none of those bankers (or wankers) are available
Absolutely disgusting!
