CV ENDURANCE Brilliant CV Endurance session today. Indy & I did 50k (31 Miles) on the stationary bike. Esme did 15 Miles on her X Trainer. Pauline did 13 Miles on the rower. Terrific endurance training. Well done team. Ian

@BBCRadio4 I run a Nordic walking business to keep older people fit. It is a fitness activity NOT a social gathering. Can @MattHancock please confirm I am ok as a business keeping my customers fit in groups of ten. We are always left out of siecifucslky mentioned groups.
