does it make sense for the Jets to use a second round pick in the supplemental draft and before the draft leak it? I’m assuming we “pick” second each round. this would either give you Sorby or force a qb needy team to use their first next year and take them out of the running in 2027 draft for one of the top QBs. you also aren’t locked into not drafting a qb if you don’t like what you see in sorby if you get him. With the 3 firsts next year, Seems like a win/win.
