@BACareTeam the incompetence I am experiencing with your customer support is astounding. I used 2 lots of 11,625 avios (23,250) to pay for baggage on a cancelled flight, I'd like a refund. BA: Thank you for your enquiry, I can see from our records, we've refunded you 11,625!!

@britishairways you cancel my flight to Vegas hours before it's due to depart, resulting in over a thousand pounds extra costs. Not to worry, you offer me £60 to cover these costs, that sounds fair, right. Thank you so much, BA. I must rush back to use your airline again soon!!!

Cracking walk today with the long haired general

First outing of the season, also first bug in face at 40mph (stings like a ****er), first realisation we're not 'saddle fit' but it's a lot better for me than Lisa and my first trip to Cheddar Gorge. Loved every second, missed riding the beast.

@dominos, apparently if you deliver to the wrong address and they phone up to enquire, the answer is to simply give out the mobile phone number for the people at the correct address - p'ah to Data Protection rules and general privacy, just give numbers to anyone!!

@LogisticThinker @hutchings_si (2/2) what we learned very quickly however is a. having a collective what do we think needs to be 'checked' was far more effective and b. there is no simple answer, concentrate on the basics and things you can affect i.e. the W & E (and obvious areas of T).

We just conducted a Readiness Verification Exercise and how it evolved was VERY interesting, we found a most likely 'what (where)' a most useful approach (1/2)
