Why is so hard to get in touch with @buyagift , it seems like for some reason they want to ignore their customers once the money has been handed over.

Really disappointed by the poor and and very unhelpful customer service received from @buyagift - due to an extended period of illness within the family we have been unable to redeem vouchers (worth 100s of £s) just a flat No, not even an apology. We won’t be using them again
