Really disappointed by the poor and and very unhelpful customer service received from @buyagift - due to an extended period of illness within the family we have been unable to redeem vouchers (worth 100s of £s) just a flat No, not even an apology. We won’t be using them again

@buyagiftCS So I have resent emails and still no reply. I was to told on 4th February that I will get a refund within 5 to 7 working days. Still nothing. I also cannot log into my account

@buyagift I am at the end of my patience now. I have emailed every department that has been suggested to me & I am still waiting for my £10 refund. Now it is time to contact the ombudsman & TV Watchdog programme. No staff are willing to help me, an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE of a company
