4/ Good support isn’t about having all the answers. In an industry built on trustless systems, trust still comes from people. Projects that invest in support + community always last longer. Support isn’t a cost. It’s a competitive advantage.

3/ Community managers aren’t just “mods”. They’re translators between users, product, and devs. They see problems early, before they blow up on CT.

1/ In Web3, when things break, they really break. Money’s involved, emotions are high, and there’s usually no undo button. That’s where good support actually matters.

$BTC Local liquidations appearing at the PWL (89K). Given we have CPI next week, the 13th is going to be quite a important pivot. If we begin taking out longs into CPI, good chance we reverse up afterwards. If we start pushing upwards into CPI, thats not a good sign.
