One of the many mistakes people have is their screentime.
Took two trades yesterday on my usual trading device but it suddenly stopped working. Reinstalled my trading apps on my phone, and when they hit TP, I uninstalled them immediately…
I stopped trading on my phone because I realized I never got anything done when I was supposed to. If I planned to go for a walk, be present with people, listen to a lecturer, or just live offline, l'd end up checking MT5 and I didn't like how addicted I was getting.
What helped? Staying off the charts and only checking on alerts. That’s how my trades started hitting TP or SL without interference.
Anyway, off the charts this week for personal reasons. The remaining three weeks go be war.
