Forget immigration status here, apply the fact he has all of these arrests and was walking free on the streets of NY? How does this keep happening? When will it stop? Stop letting these types of people roam free. Having a large rap sheet of crimes isn’t a second chance we are talking about giving a criminal a 16th chance.
