Afaik, [medrxiv.org/content/10.110…] is the first large study to this date reporting both T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences and their cognate #SARS-CoV-2 epitopes. These #COVID-19 #SARS-CoV-2 specific TCR sequences are now available in our latest VDJdb release vdjdb.cdr3.net/covid19
