Hey Elon, here’s an idea for customer loyalty and retention (I own 5 Teslas): for those of us who still own cars with HW3, come up with some kind of modified solution or hybrid computer or whatever retrofit to make the upgrade easier, and then upgrade the cars that already have FSD installed on them to actually fulfill your promise to us. Then for the HW3 cars without FSD, let the owner upgrade the hardware at a cost (you can make a little money on it if you want), but give them 50% off the FSD subscription for a predefined number of months so they get that upgrade money back and you lock in the subscriber. Keep the discount transferable to another car. That way if they trade in they always get their value back, all Teslas end up with FSD on them, and there’s no loser anywhere. No one’s gonna pay the same price for FSD on HW3 as they would on HW4 anyway, so this pushes everyone to upgrade their cars. Eventually all Teslas will have HW4 installed and you’ll pull in way more subscriptions. Win for everybody.

Following future rollout of FSD V14 Lite for HW3 vehicles in the US, we plan on expanding V14 Lite to additional international markets. I'm going to play Devils advocate here- it depends on the conditions in which it was stored on how long it will take to decay, If stored in a dry/cool space it will take longer to decay than a moist/hot location. Those fries look terrible, probably hard and completely dried out and so does that burger patty. The bread however has no mold on it and that's just preservatives doing it's job, also what happened to the ketchup, pickle, onion and maybe mustard depending on location?
