Man, choosing to think about how well a situation can go rather than how badly it could be is a very hard mental battle. So hard, but totally worth it.

Two questions I’ve been trying to ask myself more often 1) Am I keeping it simple or over- complicating things? 2) Is my tech (social media, texts, movies) controlling me or am I in control of it?

So here I am, embarking on a new season. A season that will likely be my last. A season that is uncertain. But, I can choose how to respond to this uncertainty: - Will I let anxiety run its course, leading me to fear and shame? - Or will I choose gratitude and experience joy?

Competitive abandon. Playing like you have nothing to lose, because you are free.
