Day #2 of bragging. There is so much that goes into being a great OL unit. The common fan would be amazed at the attention to detail and preparation and communication that must exist to be elite…not to mention toughness and grit and violence. These dudes played lights out.

Please continue to pray for and support Kim Harris. Because of an infection she is having her feeding tube taken out today. It cannot be replaced so we are unsure how she is going to eat. Big @ShilohSaintsFB fan, her sprites were high when she told me to Go Saints Go beat Eldo.

Toledo OL Coach Mike Hallett - Indy Med Ball Stacks Drill - "I had to figure out a way (to simulate movement). Our guys when I got here and the defenses started moving, they were so locked into... it's a 4-2 box, it's man cage B. We started seeing a lot of different gap exchanges." - "Not necessarily to simulate odd defenses, it's just to take structure out of it, so that guys get their eyes right and they take their responsibilities." - Simulate zone schemes. Working Inside/Mid Zone/Stretch Tracks.

Great ride my Sr year w/ football & wrestling. I played through injuries including 9 games on a torn ACL. Last night at AR Wrestling Championships I broke my leg & dislocated my ankle. I was proud to fight to the end with my teammates and I’ll be back stronger than ever.
