UDA did its Olkalou party primaries strictly using IEBC's data and standards. DCP is basically ferrying every Tom, Dick, and Harry from as far as Naivasha to participate in its primaries! With DCP, all you need is a national identification (ID) card and not necessarily to be a voter in Olkalou. You just need to be an ID holder.
