@AvantiWestCoast I have been trying to sort my refund for two cancelled journeys. When calling they are stating my reference number is too long. Is there an email I can use?

@bxccarussell Ok, then you will need to contact your point of purchase, if it was done online, you can do so via 0345 528 0253, options 5 and 2. Just to let you know that the opening and closing hours are from 8 am until 10 pm Monday to Sunday. - Pete

@DVLAgovuk I sent an email and eventually got a response. Telling me to apply online. I stated in the email that it won’t allow me to do this. I’m no further forward ???
