This is day 5 of posting every day until I’ve shipped my first app. So glad to have already reached 300 followers! Probably not gonna make much more progress on the app today, gonna be doing to STEP maths prep and BMO stuff. Will probably continue my super curricular real analysis learning too. Then tomorrow will start getting my app ready for shipping next week.

Its actually crazy how fast the development of AI is going. And only 5% of the population have heard about Claude. Be honest: would your business be "rekt" if AI was gone tomorrow?

@markproduct Hey Mark! Senior Fullstack Dev here. The best programming language for what? Different use cases need different tools. For webdev/AI surely its JS. But in other fields where you want more low level control, C++ wins.

Devs: what's the best programming language in 2026?

@matt__makes Give the users a taste and then remove the salt. Free demo + hard paywall seems to work the best in current market conditions.

day 28 of building in public just crossed €1k gross revenue on Stripe 5 months of building. 575 users, 34 paying (so a 6% conversion which is... not great). MRR at €300 the moment things shifted was when I killed the free plan and added a hard paywall. before that, almost zero conversions but I'm still not sure it's the right call long-term. give a bit for free? nothing until they pay? freemium with limits? curious how others approached this :)

Just woke up after my first day on @X on this fresh account showing my face and starting to build in public to 131 followers. I already got some amazing feedback and will answer every comment after breakfast. I am also happy to share my insights over the last 3 years building a business to 30k mmr and loosing it to a burnout. I also will share the first 6 months without making a dollar at some point.
