Your support team first told me that my case would be resolved by 10 July. Now I am being told to wait another 2–3 weeks, while some agents say they do not know anything about the case.
This constant change in information is extremely frustrating and stressful. I have already been waiting for around 40 days, and I still have no clear reason for the restriction, no fixed resolution date, and no consistent answer from support.
This is not acceptable for a platform handling people’s money. I am now preparing a formal complaint to PVARA in Pakistan and will attach all screenshots showing the different and contradictory responses from your support team.
I am requesting one final clear written answer: What is the exact reason for the restriction, which department is reviewing my case, and what is the final date by which it will be resolved?
