The same can be said for India, despite having more than triple the population of Anglo-descenders. Whites are more courageous, which allows them to know how and *when* to experiment. Indians don’t have a track record of this because taking risks isn't something we can afford.

@JaptheBaptist @JustinSadur The line work is decent, but the shading and perspective are clearly traced. It's one thing to use a reference model; it's another to trace over it. I won’t berate you for this (I did it all the time when I was learning to draw!). However, the coloring is very nice.

What messages are you expecting from modern children's books that you can't find in the classics? The children's books I see in my local libraries (thankfully, no one buys them) have poorly thought-out themes and tend to browbeat boys. You’re better off writing your own stories.

The unfortunate reality as a Brown guy is that your location matters almost equally as much as your SMV when it comes to dating. You can lift, learn Game, dress well, and be as high SMV as you want but you aren't landing that hot blonde in Vancouver. Local prejudice is just way too high and perception of Indians is so bad that your only option is to stick to your own kind.

Celebrating good art in general is not the same as a promotion of a specific heritage, which is what we were discussing. That many rightoids fetishize Japan because they perceive that Japanese media subtly promotes European heritage is, in my view, telling of how low they can get. Also, this is like the fifth post I’ve seen you ramble about East Asians, which, even as I have favored applying anti-immigration policies to them, is coming off as an obsession to me. Is this like a strategic tactic so that Indians can get hated relatively less?

It's a shame that the Anglosphere has so few non-Whites who obsessively create fiction centered on the mythos, culture, and arts curated by Whites (pre-1880s European immigrants). By and large, no one in America creates art about Americans or America. Someone ought to fix that…

@AldenWhitfeld My encouragement comes from a place of gratitude for Whites/an appreciation for their art, not out of a necessity to be pro-White; that sentiment comes naturally to me due to my circumstances. For instance, I’m not sure where I would be creatively without Radiohead and Tolkien.
