When the X52 was cancelled it was stated that Stagecoach would allow use of the £7 West Fife - Edinburgh ticket on the 5 and X55 buses so that people travelling from Halbeath and Duloch wouldn't have to pay more. No-one seems to have told the drivers this.

@StagecoachEScot so the x52 got cancelled, as a service, and Stagecoach announced that service would be maintained as a £7 return via the 5 to Ferrytoll and x55 on Saturday be ticket. This worked yesterday but this morning I’m now clutching a £7 ticket to FERRYTOLL,
