Expectancy Theory means: what you focus on expands. Meaning, what you focus on you will find. If you are looking for negativity, excuses, or flaws… you’ll find them. Conversely, if you focus on abundance, gratitude, & look for the good in situations & others, you’ll find it.

In March of 2020 COVID hit, all live events were cancelled. Supporting a family - this was very scary. I quickly adjusted the best I could with virtual trainings. In this transition, my old anxieties of public speaking resurfaced. This tool really helped. @SteveGleason #reset

Our focus can be in 1 of 3 timeframes: • PAST - often associated with shame, guilt, or romanticizing what once was • FUTURE - fear based thoughts on what could go wrong, or associating self-worth to a result • PRESENT - connected to the moment, locked-in Be PRESENT today!

There are 3 zones we operate in: 1. Comfort Zone 2. Stretch Zone 3. Panic Zone How much time are you spending in each? Comfort & Panic Zones have different, but harmful consequences. It’s time to expand that Stretch Zone - that’s where all the good stuff is.
