The accusation against Tricarico appears to be yet another attempt to silence an uncomfortable voice, which also follows the recent lawsuit that Eni has filed against ReCommon and @Greenpeace_ITA. During the tv programme, Tricarico had highlighted the overlap in the timing of Eni's awarding of the licence to develop the Zohr gas field in 🇪🇬 and the dramatic Regeni affair.
