Some people think I’m missing out on my childhood because I’m building startups. But the truth is... I'm not. I find building things (especially when tech is involved)... fun. Yes, I still hang out with my friends and be a "teenager", but in the free time people my age have, where they are sitting around doomscrolling or playing video games. I personally like to ship and build. It's not missing out on my childhood. I find it fun, I like to build things. It isn't something I feel like I "have to do", it's something I enjoy (most of the time). But this narrative that I'm missing out on my childhood is completely false. The same way kids like to play video games, I like to build startups and ship features. We get enjoyment from different things.
