UPI is designed by NPCI which is an Indian Organisation, yet 85% UPI payment system market share is with American Apps like Gpay, PhonePe. If we don't have any Indian option, then it's ok. But in UPI, we have Paytm, BHIM, Payzapp etc. Why we are not supporting Indian apps, if equally great options are available?? Disc - I use Payzapp

Since when did external auditors get the authority to override banking norms, security protocols and staff rights? I called 100, and within 4 minutes, I received a call from a nearby patrolling officer who reached the location within 10 minutes and resolved the issue. Meanwhile, I received two other calls from different officers offering help. Experienced this for the second time, huge win for the DP, thanks for your service 🙏

Last Thursday one bank's officer called me & referred to a case where the person was buying a closed/sick unit under SARFAESI Act from the Asset Recovery Management team of the bank. He said you need to get the Proposal ready for sanction in 1 days so that by Monday after our own due diligence we can sanction the case since 31st March 2026 is the last date for him to get it registered. Many papers were already prepared Project Report, CMA , Networth and required need based alterations. The prospective client called me & requested very politely saying if my loan doesn't get sanctioned before 30th March, my margin of 100 Lakhs paid would get stucked and deal would get cancelled I woke up till late 6 am that day just to complete the papers & fullfill my commitment & submitted the proposal next day by 2 pm. While preparing the proposal I noticed that client is making a huge mistake & losing Crores by : 1. Not Registering with the District Industry Center. 2. Forgoing the Registry fees exemption given to acquire sick units.( Stamp already exempted) 3. Forgoing Capital , Interest & Electricity Duty Subsidy which he would get on this investment Since it was already 3 am when I realised this and didn't had the time to call & confirm. I took the call & got the client registered with State DIC online after paying the govt fees from my own pocket. Yesterday itself the case was sanctioned. The client paid me more than what was agreed between us apart from fees for DIC Registration seeing the value i gave. After everything he said "At the first when bank referred you & you quoted your fee I thought it was just a additional expense for me, but I thanked the bank today saying refering a CA in this field was the best advice from them. The value i have already realised & cost I have already saved is 4X the fees I paid to you." BONUS : It's just been a day and he had already referred a new case of his friend ✅ #CA_Practice
