@StevenD1977 Unfortunately Frimpong is the only fit RB we have and the only cover for Mo, so it makes sense managing their minutes to make sure we have them both fit in the big games. The 'new' setup also made us better but I think we were hungrier only bcos we were losing, lets see what now

@StevenD1977 While I have been really critical of Slot recently, I have to be fair to him and admit he has almost never had this full set of players all fully fit and available. Maybe we couldve done this vs Spurs but its clear hes managing Salah and Frimpong's minutes.

The only question I’d ask after last night is: why has it taken so fucking lot to try that?

I would surmise that Xabi doesn’t want Slot’s horror show of a season tarnishing his reputation, hence it will be summer.
