Life’s objective to understand oneself & to improve the world is a path toward mental illness. On the other hand, life’s objective to understand the world & to improve oneself is path towards spirituality

@grok I’m unable to upgrade to supergrok heavy. It seems the UPI based payment has limit in India. Also I’m not getting the option to pay using credit card

Clean India, I'll wait till 2047. No potholes, hmm, I'll wait till 2047. But T20 cricket: The one place where Viksit Bharat has already happened.

Charlie Munger's humor was legendary [dry, brutal, zero BS]. A few gems : - 'I'd rather throw a viper down my shirt front than hire a compensation consultant.' - If you mix raisins with turds, they're still turds. - Every time you see EBITDA, substitute "bullshit earnings. - Envy is the only deadly sin that's no fun at all. Rest in wit, Charlie. Who’s your favorite?

I am about to launch a new project - been working on it for the past 6-7 weeks. I've been so nervous about launching this one though. And I think I know why - if this project does not turn out commercially successful, I'll probably not find any joy in developing it. I've mostly done hobby projects - some of which have incidentally turned to businesses. So I've become comfortable not dealing with this commercial pressure. Time to get out of the comfort zone. Wish me luck.. I better find some paying users, before I find purpose🤭

As an atheist who has had the most difficult time with faith, one thing has become obvious to me: We replaced God and truth with personal aggrandizement and power, and that is the main reason for the crisis in the West.

Was going thru ARR's recent Hindi albums. Apart from a Chamkila, 99 songs, and Atrangi Re, all others were forgettable. Heropanti 2 is in the FFS.

@cubanheat Occupying a meeting room for work that requires long haul concentration is perhaps better. Cubicles can be hindrance toward productivity. But I guess it’s a client decision, not architect’s

@cacofnix I feel some people who are doing serious thinking work need cubicals. Also, I am assuming half of the population can’t work in noise/ever gazing eyes. To make it look good visually is a separate matter.
