You’re learning before you’ve had time to overthink it. the one I’m taking for my iOS app: make the first meaningful action happen before explaining every feature. most onboarding tries to describe the value. better onboarding lets you feel it. what app gets its first minute right?

Respectfully, opposite for me. Every feature adds surface area I maintain solo; every screen cut adds activation. Subtraction wins when you're a team of one
