There is a HUGE change coming to the way Splintering Energy procs & Fractured Winterglass spreads its Frozen Orb projectiles in #DiabloIV. The damage get buffed from 50 to 80% to compensate for this nerf. But it looks like the most popular Build of Season 5 will lose many procs & most importantly Conjuration stacks that grant x damage & Mana. It is not LIVE as of now but should be a bit. if you're a rocket league player, please validate your files!!! every update invalidates some of them and the game plays terribly, and i personally believe epic games is purposely removing them from updates on the steam launcher to make the game play worse there.
