@redberrycoffee But also the reality on the farms, less hands to grow and maintain. Brazil is another story but most producing countries lack technical formation in agronomy. Or is this the result of letting snob coffee "experts" going into the fields???

@redberrycoffee Exactly! and also, what a paradox. When there are out there more equipment to make/roast coffee than ever. Look at how marzocco, roaster brands have been steadily growing in the last decade. I would say that there´s more equipment to prepare coffee than beans. That´s ridiculous

@PerfectDailyG Can't oversimplify this. Pro-sumers should be aware about the changes and producers should dominate the corresponding methods (the ones they implement/design) and the following transformations in the product. Of course that would be the ideal scenario, but it's a path.
