“At 22:30 yesterday evening, Friday, March 6, 2026, the Islamic Resistance fighters observed the infiltration of 4 helicopters belonging to the Israeli enemy army from the Syrian direction, where they proceeded to land an infantry force at the triangle of the outskirts of the towns of Yahfoufa, Al-Khariba and Maaraboun.
The enemy infantry force advanced towards the eastern neighborhood of the town of Nabi Sheet (Al Shukr neighborhood), and upon reaching the cemetery, at 11:30, a group of Islamic Resistance fighters clashed with them using light and medium weapons.
The engagement escalated after the enemy force was exposed, prompting the enemy to launch intense fire campaigns involving approximately forty airstrikes, employing both warplanes and helicopters to secure the force's withdrawal from the engagement area. Meanwhile, the resistance's artillery carried out concentrated fire with appropriate weapons on the perimeter of the engagement area and along the enemy force's withdrawal route, while residents of neighboring villages provided supporting fire.”
