KGB is in its 3rd year.
Akane is as long as the 3 I mentioned.

@cairngum @smelvinsuterus Like yeah the fact that Haikyuu lasted until after Chainsaw Man, Demon Slayer, and My Hero started really creates an illusion of content density when in reality we just don’t make manga go to 300 chapters anymore. We wouldn’t be having this conversation if JJK was still ongoing

@hasmagoria @smelvinsuterus I mean, the point was that the biggest seller outside on OP is KGB which sells like early yaiba. There is no Haikyu, no Assassination Classroom, no JJK, no MHA, no TPN, nothing else that carries the load. They are not going bankrupt but they definitely need big sellers

@cairngum Nah I know. I'm just saying Togashi has technically always been here cause HxH never ended. I'd put him alongside Sorachi if he came with a new manga too. They definitely timed their returns with the removal, permanent or temporary, of their other big manga.
